Where Teams is stronger
A switch should start with the right expectations. Teams currently has these, which Eurion does not offer to the same extent:
- Co-authoring of Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents in the same window.
- A large catalogue of third-party apps in the Teams store.
- Telephony with regular phone numbers (Teams Phone).
Eurion can run alongside Microsoft 365 during a transition, so document work can stay there until you have a replacement.
How a switch works
Demo and review
You try the demo environment and we go through your requirements, directory and integrations.
Pilot
One department starts using Eurion. The bridge to Teams means they can still reach the rest of the organisation.
Rollout
More of the organisation moves, at the pace you set. Sign-in uses your existing directory.
Decommission
Once everyone has moved, you close the bridge and cancel the Teams licences.
