Privacy policy for eurion.se
This policy covers the eurion.se website and its forms. How personal data is processed inside the platform itself is governed by the data processing agreement with each customer.
Controller
Eurion (a Swedish sole proprietorship) is the controller for the processing described here. Send questions to contact@eurion.se.
Contact form
When you send the form on the contact page, we store your organisation name and email address so we can reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)), or steps taken before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). We keep the details while the conversation is ongoing and delete them no later than 24 months after the last contact.
Demo requests
The form at demo.eurion.se is also handled by us. The details are used to review the request and send sign-in details.
Server logs
Our servers log technical details about each request, such as IP address, time and browser. The logs are used to detect faults and attacks and are kept for no more than 30 days.
Visitor statistics
We use no visitor analytics and no tracking services. The site loads nothing from other servers.
Recipients
The data is stored on Eurion’s own infrastructure. We never sell personal data and do not share it with others for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have errors corrected, to have data erased and to object to the processing. Contact us at the address above. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
